I have lived in the Arlington, Mid Cities, and Fort Worth areas for over 20 years. My first start in real estate was working for an up and coming Keller Williams team located in Grand Prairie back in January of 2008. Since then, I have been on almost every side of a residential real estate transaction imaginable: Rehabbing and flipping homes, owner financing homes, landlording, property mangagement, 1031 exchange, and of course, buying and selling homes for clients. 
 
It's easy to see just how much technology has impacted our lives over the past 20+ years, and the real estate industry is no different. About the only thing that hasn't changed in real estate is the 6% commission structure, which has been around for close to 80 years! The truth is, technology has made home selling much less complicated, a whole lot more convenient, and it costs much less to market and sell homes. Until now, those savings have not been passed on to the client.
